Hi Pat! I just checked the offer out and it absolutely works! You need to be in the payment process of your check out. You will see a note in the PAYMENT METHOD section that reads "You have $5.00 in e-GiftCards or promotional credit available for use toward this purchase. Would you like to apply it?"
